Klaide provides an automated contract analysis service using artificial intelligence. The service allows you to:

• Upload contractual documents (PDF, DOCX)
• Receive an analysis of potential risks
• Identify problematic clauses

4. Limitation of Liability

Important: The Klaide service provides automated analysis for informational purposes only. This analysis:

• Does not constitute legal advice
• Does not replace consultation with a lawyer
• Does not guarantee completeness of the analysis
• Cannot hold us liable for decisions made based on this analysis

We recommend consulting a legal professional for any important decisions regarding your contracts.

5. Pricing

The price is $29 per analysis. Prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time; new prices will apply to future orders.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you are not satisfied with the analysis, we will provide a full refund upon request within 7 days of report delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

The content of the site (texts, images, logos, etc.) is protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. Documents you submit remain your exclusive property.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Submit documents containing viruses or malware
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Intentionally overload our servers
• Use the service for fraudulent activities
